Check in at the reception at Huddingegymnasiet, opening times are published below. For late arrival, please email boende@25manna.se
At check in, the team manager will receive information about the accommodation, house rules, as well as health & safety. It is the responsibility of the team manager to share this information with all the team members.
Opening times
Friday: 19.00–24.00
Saturday: 06.00–10.00, 16.00-24.00
Sunday: 06.00–10.00
Outside of the above opening times, the school is locked but there is personnel at hand around the clock.
Directions
Car/bus: From Huddingevägen (road 226) turn off at Björkängsvägen (follow sign for Björkängens IP) and then make a right turn at Gymnasievägen.
Commuter train (Pendeltåg): Exit at Huddinge station and follow the road ”Kommunalvägen” in direction north for 1 km and then continue on to ”Gymnasievägen”, or take the bus 703 or 710 to Norrgårdsvägen, or bus 172, 742 or 744 to Huddingegymnasiet.
Parking
Parking is available on the north east side of Huddingegymnasiet. For bus parking please contact us in advance.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the price for accommodation and is being served in the school cantina between 06:00-09-00 Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Showers
Please note that showers are not available at the Huddingegymnasiet. Use the showers at the event arena.
House rules. Health & safety
At the school, it is forbidden to walk indoor with orienteering shoes, to wash shoes or clothes, to cook and to smoke or drink alcohol. Don’t leave valuables unattended. Nor the organisers or the school will take any responsibility for lost property. Please keep the classrooms and toilets in good order. Ensure you locate the escape routes in case of fire. Do not block the escape routes.
Restaurants
It is not allowed to cook at the school premises. There is a selection of restaurants nearby at Huddinge centrum.
Directions from Huddingegymnasiet to the arena
By road: Drive south on road 226 and follow signs towards the arena at the road Glömstaleden and the road crossing “Flemingsbergskorset”.
By bus / train: Take the bus 705 or 742 from Kvarnsbergplan towards “Huddinge Centrum”. Exit at station “Huddinge Centrum” and walk across to the train station. Take the commuter train (Pendeltåget) towards “Södertälje” and exit at station “Flemingsbergs station”.
Check out
Before departure, the team manager, together with one of the attendants, must go though and ensure that the facilities have been cleaned and are in good order. All garbage should be taken out to the garbage cans. All facilities to be departed latest by Sunday at 11.00.
